1. Free Return and Exchange Process:
Enjoy a rapid and completely free return and exchange process in just 3 easy steps for all customers in Europe and the U.S.

Contact customer service to submit your return/exchange request.

Wait for confirmation within 1 to 4 business hours.

Schedule a pick-up or print the return label to leave the package at a Fedex/TNT point.
2. Items Eligible for Return and Exchange:

Items returned within 30 days of delivery in new condition are eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
3. Clothes that Don't Fit:

If clothes don't fit, contact us within 14 days of receiving the order for a free remake in a different size, as long as they're unworn.

Remakes are subject to material availability. If a remake is not possible, we will notify you.
4. Faulty Items:

Clothes are considered faulty if received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase.

We are happy to repair or replace faulty items, but replacements must be the same as the original design.
5. Money-Back Policy (Refund):
Full refunds are only issued for faulty products. Customers can choose a replacement/repair or a full refund. Contact support or fill in the return form on the webshop.
6. Guarantee Policy:
Each product has a 30-day guarantee. If a defect occurs within this period, customers can request a repair/replacement or refund, excluding damage from extreme conditions, skin discoloration, or purposeful damage.
7. Wrong Product and Differentiation of the Ordered Design:
Products may slightly differ from the visualization on the website, but significant variations are considered wrong and can be replaced/repaired or refunded.
8. Order Cancellation:
Orders for custom-made models can be canceled before they reach the "in manufacturing process" status. Once this status is reached, orders cannot be canceled.
Customers can cancel non-personalized model orders (from the Ready-to-wear collections) before shipment for no reason. They can also order replacements or return products within 14 days. For any difficulties, contact our customer service center for assistance.
